By accessing or using True Grind CS2, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You may use the service only if you are legally permitted to do so and are able to form a binding agreement under applicable law.

Some parts of the service are publicly accessible, including the landing page and certain product demonstrations. Authenticated account access is currently handled through Steam. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for keeping access to your external accounts secure.

True Grind CS2 provides Counter-Strike 2 related tools, including match tracking, Steam share-code sync, optional FACEIT linking, server-side demo analysis, replay artifact generation, suspicious-play review signals, community profile reports, tactical review features, win-probability tools, and public product/demo surfaces.

Features may change, improve, be limited, or be removed over time without prior notice.

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes;
• interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or bypass rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions;
• upload or transmit harmful code, malicious content, or data you do not have the right to use;
• submit false, abusive, automated, or brigading community reports, or use suspicious-play features to harass other users;
• scrape, mirror, or resell the service in a way that harms the platform or its users; or
• use the service in a way that violates the terms of Steam, FACEIT, Valve, or other integrated providers.

You retain ownership of content and data you submit to the service, subject to the rights needed to operate the product.

By using the service, you grant True Grind CS2 a limited, non-exclusive right to process, store, display, and transform submitted data as needed to provide the requested features.

If you submit optional report text or similar user content, you are responsible for keeping it factual, lawful, and non-defamatory. The service may show aggregate report data and related review state inside authenticated product surfaces.

True Grind CS2 relies on third-party services such as Steam, FACEIT, hosting, analytics, and database providers.

Availability and accuracy may depend on those providers. True Grind CS2 is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or data supplied by third parties.

This currently includes browser analytics tooling such as PostHog when enabled for a deployment. Such providers may process interaction, device, and account-linked telemetry as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service may use operational analytics, telemetry, cookies, and similar browser storage to measure traffic, understand how features are used, monitor service health, and improve the product.

By using the service, you acknowledge that such operational analytics may be used as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law and any choices made available by the operator.

True Grind CS2 is an independent product and is not endorsed by, operated by, or officially affiliated with Valve, Steam, FACEIT, or Counter-Strike 2.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

True Grind CS2 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or complete accuracy of synced match data, parsed demos, or analytics output.

Suspicious-play scores, community reports, and Glicko-based win probability tools are informational heuristics only. They are not proof of cheating, moderation decisions, betting advice, or guaranteed outcome predictions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, True Grind CS2 and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.

If liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the claim, or 50 EUR if you paid nothing.

Access to the service may be suspended or terminated at any time if needed to protect the platform, comply with legal obligations, or respond to misuse.

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. The effective date on this page will reflect the latest revision.
